Frequently asked questions
What is Swaply?
Swaply is a non-custodial, multi-chain swap aggregator. It's a software
interface that helps you swap and bridge tokens across networks at the
best available rate. Swaply never holds or controls your funds — you
sign every transaction from your own wallet.
Does Swaply hold my funds or keys?
No. Swaply is fully non-custodial. Your private keys stay on your device,
and only you can authorize a transaction. We never have access to your
assets or your keys.
Which chains and tokens are supported?
Swaply supports Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, Optimism, Polygon,
and Solana, with a wide range of tokens on each. Supported assets and
routes are shown in the app and may change over time.
My swap is pending or failed — what should I do?
On-chain transactions can take longer during periods of high network
congestion. Check the transaction hash on the relevant block explorer to
confirm its status. If a transaction failed, your funds remain in your
wallet (minus any network gas fee). If you're still stuck, email us with
your wallet address, the network, and the transaction hash.
How are fees calculated?
Before you confirm a swap, Swaply shows your expected rate, the network
(gas) cost, and any service fee. Network fees are paid to the blockchain,
not to Swaply, and vary with network conditions.
I sent funds to the wrong address. Can you reverse it?
Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and because Swaply is
non-custodial we cannot reverse, cancel, or recover a confirmed
transaction. Always double-check addresses and networks before
confirming.
